Teacher Reimbursement Grant Request
Duncan classroom teachers, specialists, and support staff are eligible to receive reimbursement for up to $300 in expenses directly related to student learning, enrichment, or classroom needs that have been purchased using their own funds.
Para educators will be awarded $300 as a group, – please verbalize your requests to the principal and she will purchase and submit reimbursement on your behalf.

Please submit proof of purchase (receipt) showing items purchased and total spent here.
DUE DATE JUNE 11, 2026 (last day of school) NO EXCEPTIONS due to fiscal year deadlines.

One Time Grant Request
*$5000 allocated budget for the 2025-2026 school year, budget varies year to year.
All Verne A. Duncan Elementary staff are eligible to apply for one-time grants.
These funds are intended for special projects, enrichment opportunities, or materials that directly benefit students or the school community.
Applications must include a description of the request, estimated costs, and anticipated student impact. Requests are reviewed by the PTO Board for approval.
